A broad civil practice spanning trust, estate and probate litigation, real estate disputes, business and contract matters, employment law, and personal injury.
Tara Aleagha counsels individuals, families, and business owners at every stage of a dispute, from initial consultation through discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, arbitration, hearings, and trial preparation. She has drafted and argued dispositive motions — motions for summary judgment, motions to dismiss, motions to strike — on both the plaintiff and defense sides.
On the transactional side, Tara negotiates and drafts a wide range of agreements, including NDAs, employment and independent contractor agreements, consulting agreements, service contracts, and buy/sell agreements.
She earned her Juris Doctor and a Master’s in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University School of Law, and graduated cum laude from San Diego State University with a B.A. in Political Science and Spanish. Tara is conversational in Spanish and fluent in spoken Farsi.
Outside the office, she practices yoga, studies Buddhism, and has traveled to more than 50 countries.
